Grandkids Too

Swimming, shopping, sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming with sharks, they take it all in stride—with a smile. Sometimes we are blessed by our grandkids joining us on one of our trips abroad.

Usually when we are vacationing near a beach with many activities for them and maybe something to broaden their perspectives about the world.

They are good little travelers, having vacationed with us before in Mexico. They’ve joined us in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and now Playa del Carmen. Soaking up the sun, swimming in our condo’s rooftop pool (in winter!) and checking out the beach scene.

Playa del Carmen is a great place for us to spend the cold winter months and a wonderful place to have the little ones visit us for a school break.

Then it’s time for the evening show at Xcaret theme park before heading back to the condo to let them wind down and slip off into slumber, after calling dad to tell him all about the sharks.
